Shipping & Receiving Transporter I, Winter 26/27

TheShipping& Receiving team membersare responsible forthe receiving functions of the Crystal Mountain Food & Beverage Department. This position works closely with thePurchasing & ReceivingManager,VenueManagers, ExecutiveSousChefs,andFood & Beverage Director. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Performs workinvolving receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling,delivering,andmaintaininga perpetual inventory of forms, kitchen supplies, andvarious typesof equipment.

• Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses. F.I.F.O.Firstin, First Out.

• Coordinates moving/transfers of stock betweenbase areaF&B venues. 

• Ensureproper techniques for delivery of all ordered products through cross referencing. 

• Maintains a clean environment; performs cleaning duties as required or assigned.

• Completes specialprojectsassigned by thePurchasing and Receiving Manager, Executive Chef,Senior F&B Managersand/or Director of Food and Beverage. 

• Works around machinery safely both day and night.

• Protects the organization, the members,and the guests by adhering to all safety and food storagepolicies;including but not limited to Washington state Health & Liquor Department regulations. 

• Maintainsan organizational culture,values,and reputation with staff, customers, and vendors. Ensuring a positive, harmonious, compliant,and cooperative work environment. 

• Abides by all Crystal Mountain employment guidelines. 

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1year experience in Food & Beverage. 

• Mustpossessstrong food safety knowledge and demonstrate ability and desire to promote all food handling guidelines as dictated by Washington State law. 

• This positionmusthave a valid driver's licenseand pass abackgroundcheck. 

• Must have a valid Washington State Food Handlers card. 

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.properly and safely. 

• Must be able to safely maneuver up to 160lbs.

• Musthave a means for communicationwiththe Managerwhile on duty. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS- 

• This position isto workearly in themornings, evenings,weekends,and holidays while in operation.

• A worker in this position must have the physical, visual,and auditory ability to perform the essential functionsto the job with or without reasonable accommodations. 

• Position may require sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching,or bending on an occasional basis.
