The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. The ideal Shipping & Receiving Associate has prior experience in a similar industry and can quickly learn complex product lines.

Required Experience & Skills

Direct experience with piping and flanges strongly preferred
Prior experience in a related industry handling similar materials highly desired
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail (required)
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to learn and retain complex product knowledge
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and ship materials accurately and efficiently
Maintain organization of incoming and outgoing inventory
Verify product specifications, quantities, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product handling
Utilize Microsoft tools for tracking, communication, and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform additional duties as assigned
