Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate
Location: Longmont, CO
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour DOE
Position Overview
Seeking a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and general production support. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, understands shipping and receiving processes, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
- Pull materials and stage orders for production.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Support general production and warehouse operations as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required.
- General warehouse and inventory management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Experience using shipping software or warehouse systems is a plus.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around production equipment and moving materials throughout the facility.
