Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate
Pay: $20.00 $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations. This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with computer-based inventory and shipping tasks.
Responsibilities
Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
Enter receiving and inventory transactions into an ERP system.
Pack and prepare products for shipment.
Create shipping labels using online shipping systems.
Perform general material handling and warehouse duties.
Respond to customer and affiliate emails using Microsoft Outlook.
Upload and attach documents, including PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets.
Use Windows File Explorer to locate, rename, organize, and manage files.
Maintain organized electronic folders and documentation.
Assist with inventory accuracy and receiving activities.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience required.
Experience working with an ERP system.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Windows File Explorer.
Ability to accurately enter inventory and receiving information.
FedEx online shipping experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
