Qualifications:
Must Have:
File Navigation: Efficiently utilizing Windows File Explorer to locate, rename, organize files.
Email Attachment Handling: Correctly uploading and attaching various file formats (PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets) to email clients with Microsoft Outlook.
Data Organization: Maintaining a clean and logical folder structure to ensure files are easily retrievable for sharing.
Experience using an ERP system .
Warehouse experience.
FedEx online shipping preferred.
Responsibilities:
Enter receiving and inventory transactions into ERP system. Respond to emails from customers and/or affiliates.
Load/unload trucks. Create shipping labels with online shipping system. Pack boxes. Material handling.
