We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Shipping/Receiving Worker** to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will support daily operations including order picking, receiving shipments, inventory tracking, and shipping preparation. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be flexible to train in Fremont Location.**Responsibilities****Order Picking & Packing**+ Accurately pick items based on customer orders+ Verify quantities and ensure proper labeling+ Assist with packaging items for shipment**Receiving**+ Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy+ Ensure proper documentation and labeling of goods+ Store inventory in designated warehouse locations**Inventory Control**+ Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits+ Report discrepancies or shortages+ Enter and update data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)**Shipping**+ Prepare orders for shipment with accurate labeling+ Ensure packages are secure and protected+ Assist with loading outgoing shipments while following safety procedures**Qualifications**+ Strong attention to detail+ Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly+ Ability to stand for extended periods+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions+ Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills+ Must be flexible to train in Fremont location first.Schedule: M- F Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pmPay rate: $21.50As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
