Description
Fulfillment Service Rep:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Services Representative to support daily shipping operations, prioritize workflow, and coordinate communication between customers and the picking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels for daily shipments based on established priorities using the designated computer system.
- Process printed orders into planned activities using additional software.
- Prioritize orders according to plan and maintain a steady workflow for the picking team.
- Communicate shipment priorities clearly to both customers and the picking team.
- Track daily shipments, returns, mis-shipments, and other issues, and communicate updates to customers.
- Coordinate inventory needs and perform cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications and Additional Details
- Prepare special reports as assigned.
- Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; some overtime required.
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
