Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately received, stored, and organized within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Label, meter, and process packages using various freight and shipping systems.
• Process and track orders through the client's ERP system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with daily preparation and planning for upcoming shipping activities.
• Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Dress Code Requirements

For safety and professionalism, employees must adhere to the following dress code:

• Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
• Long pants must be worn at all times; shorts are not permitted.
• Pants must be worn appropriately at the waist, with undergarments not visible.
• Hats of any kind are not permitted.
• Hooded sweatshirts are allowed; however, hoods must remain down while working.
• Tank tops and cutoff shirts are not permitted.
• Clothing displaying offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive words, images, or slogans is prohibited.
• Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor.
