HowYou'llMakeanImpact

• Leadandcoordinateallthird-shiftshippingoperations,includingpicking,packing,staging,loading,andshipmentdocumentation.

• Supervise,coach,andsupportshippingteammemberstoachievesafety,quality,andproductivitygoals.

• Ensureoutboundshipmentsmeetcustomerrequirements,companystandards,andtransportationregulations.

• Monitorinventoryaccuracyandcollaboratewithinventorycontrolteamstoresolvediscrepancies.

• Investigateandresolveshippingissues,damagedmaterials,anddelivery-relatedconcerns.

• Promoteandoverseethesafeoperationofforklifts,palletjacks,andothermaterialhandlingequipment.

• Maintainaclean,organized,andsafety-focusedworkenvironment.

• Identifyandimplementcontinuousimprovementopportunitiestoenhanceefficiency,accuracy,andcostperformance.

YourBackground

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired;Associate'sorBachelor'sdegreeinLogistics,SupplyChainManagement,orarelatedfieldpreferred.

• Minimum3-5yearsofwarehouse,distribution,orlogisticsexperience,including1-2yearsinaleadershiporsupervisorycapacity.

• Strongknowledgeofshippingprocesses,inventorycontrol,andlogisticsoperations.

• ExperienceusingWarehouseManagementSystems(WMS)andrelatedbusinessapplications.

• Demonstratedleadership,communication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.

• Forkliftcertification,ortheabilitytoobtaincertification,andtheabilitytoperformphysicalwarehouseactivities,includingliftingupto50poundsandworkingthird-shiftschedulesasneeded.
