Location: Park 100

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a Shipping Team Lead to support daily warehouse and shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This individual will help coordinate workflow, support a small team, and ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example while maintaining a positive team-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities




Assist with the day-to-day coordination of shipping operations.

Help monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Provide support and guidance to a small team of warehouse associates.

Communicate operational needs and escalate employee relations concerns to warehouse leadership as appropriate.

Promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

Verify shipment accuracy and assist with quality control efforts.

Support inventory movement and general warehouse activities as needed.

Work closely with management to help meet daily operational goals and deadlines.




Qualifications




Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.

Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is a plus.

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or material handling equipment is beneficial.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Positive attitude and willingness to support team success.

Basic computer skills required; experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
