Shipping Technician
Job Location: Benicia, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday; 6am-2:30pm (ability to work overtime)
Description of Position:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Technician to join our warehouse operations team. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring finished goods are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet strict quality standards. You'll work in a clean, safe, and innovative environment with opportunities for growth and development. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering trusted solutions to our customers accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are key to success in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick a wide variety of orders while following all company procedures
- Maintain order integrity while unloading carts and pallets and packing orders neatly
- Build and shrink-wrap pallets efficiently for distribution
- Safely operate assigned equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Comply with all safety, quality, and operational standards

Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working around ingredients derived from allergenic sources (including nuts, soy, dairy, fish, and shellfish)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, in a dynamic environment
