On-site - Salt Lake City, Utah
The Shipping Technician handles shipping requirements for the plant including coordinating drivers, deliveries and pickups. You will work closely with the shipping attendants and production scheduler to understand production timesframes to coordinate external shipping, effectively manage expectations and OTD. You will also perform inventory control and provide weekly, monthly and yearly cycle count for plant and inventory.
PAY: This position pays $23.28/hour and up, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Educational Requirements:
At least 3 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing/ warehouse/ shipping/ distribution environment
Basic computers skills with some familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
Fluent in English, Bi-Lingual a plus!
Occupational and/or Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods on the plant floor or warehouse area working in a manufacturing environment that may require walking, standing, etc including operating a forklift
May spend time in an office environment, on a computer or in meetings
Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to work in variable weather conditions, indoors and outdoors, and in an environment with many noises
Commitment to wearing the appropriate PPE while in production and warehouse areas
Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects
For Tuition reimbursement you must be a full-time employee and complete one continuous year of employment. You will receive $5,000 a year for undergrad and $7,500 a year for grad.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
