Job Title: Shipping Floor Associate
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - training includes initial 1st shift for 2–4 weeks)
Location: Warsaw, IN
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Shipping Floor Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, ensuring orders are accurately processed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipping and order fulfillment processes
- Prepare, verify, and package products for shipment according to company standards
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shipping floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Support team production goals and daily workflow needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
Forklift certification is not required for this role at the contractor level. However, it may be required for future direct hire opportunities.
