Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role that involves both physical order picking and administrative responsibilities related to shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have tow-motor (forklift) experience and be comfortable using a computer to manage and process bills of lading.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and stage customer orders
  • Operate tow-motors and other material handling equipment safely
  • Process and administer bills of lading
  • Enter shipment information into our system with accuracy
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Tow-motor (forklift) experience is a huge plus
  • Prior experience with bill of lading processing is preferred
  • Moderate computer skills (data entry, basic software use)
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation & Schedule Details:

  • Competitive hourly wage ($16–$17/hour based on experience)
  • Eligible for up to $250 in weekly performance bonuses after 30 days
  • Hours are recorded Friday through Thursday (not Monday–Sunday as in most companies)
  • Overtime is earned after 40 hours within this Friday–Thursday cycle — meaning it typically occurs midweek (Tuesday–Thursday), rather than on weekends
  • Pay is issued weekly, every Friday, for the previous Friday–Thursday work week
  • Typical work weeks are 50–60 hours
