Shipping Pay: $16.00 Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday Job Type: Temp to Hire Location: Tulsa OK
Job Description: Prepare and package metal products (sheets, bars, rods, coils, etc.) for shipment. Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, or hoists. Generate and verify shipping documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels. Inspect products for damage and ensure shipments meet quality and order specifications. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, and logistics) to fulfill shipping schedules. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers (LTL, freight, local delivery services). Maintain inventory accuracy by recording outgoing shipments. Comply with all company safety standards and OSHA regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area. Assist with receiving and other warehouse duties as needed.
