Job Description:
We are seeking a Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately stored, prepared, and shipped according to company procedures and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately store products within the warehouse
- Prepare and process customer orders for shipment
- Label and meter packages using various freight systems
- Process orders using the Abbott ERP system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Prepare daily shipping activities for upcoming operations
- Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Dress Code Requirements:
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all times
- Long pants must be worn (shorts are not permitted)
- Pants must be worn appropriately with no visible undergarments
- No hats allowed
- Hooded sweatshirts are permitted, but hoods must remain down
- Tank tops and cutoff shirts are not permitted
- Clothing with offensive words, images, or slogans is prohibited
- Sunglasses are not permitted on the warehouse floor
