Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable Shipping & Warehouse Associate in Kennesaw, GA. In this engaging, team-oriented role, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse operations within a collaborative 3-person team. In a Shipping & Warehouse Associate job you'll be responsible for:
Operating a cherry picker and forklift safely and efficiently to move inventory.
Assisting with unloading shipping containers by hand and organizing materials.
Loading products onto pallets and preparing orders for dispatch.
Staging, moving, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse facility.
Assisting with general shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operational duties.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 5S standards.
Collaborating effectively as part of a close-knit, 3-person team.
Prior warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to perform active, hands-on physical warehouse work.
Physical capability to lift up to 30–50 lbs consistently.
Reliable work ethic, strong attendance, and a collaborative mindset.
Perks:
Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
Consistent Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
