Job Title: Shipping & Warehouse Associate
Location: Macungie, PA
Reports To: Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor
Job Type: Temp to Perm

 

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Macungie, PA. In this role, you’ll handle packaging and shipping orders—both small packages and larger freight—while supporting warehouse and receiving tasks.

 

Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm

Pay rate: $20 + 10% shift differential = $22.00

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack products for domestic and international shipments

  • Follow proper shipping and packaging procedures to prevent damage

  • Load and unload trucks, and move materials to/from production

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts

  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

  • Follow safety and company policies at all times

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items

  • Forklift experience (highly preferred)
