Job Description
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for Shipside Operations Specialists to support the 777 Line Side Control Center (LSCC) team onsite in Everett, Washington. As a Shipside Operations Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Shipside Operations Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Shift: Candidates may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range level 2: $78.300 - $95,700
Summary pay range level 3: $92,700 - $113,300
Summary pay range level 4: $112,500 - $137,500
