Outlandish is a growing social commerce company specializing in TikTok Shop, livestream shopping, and creator-driven commerce. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Arizona.

What You'll Do:

Support and manage relationships with TikTok Shop clients and brand partners
\n
Monitor account performance, sales, and key metrics
\n
Assist with developing strategies to grow shop performance
\n
Coordinate with creators, livestream hosts, and internal teams
\n
Help manage product listings, promotions, campaigns, and shop activity
\n
Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on performance
\n
Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall account growth
\n
Stay up to date on TikTok Shop, social commerce, and emerging trends
\n
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:
\n
\n
0–1 year of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
\n
Strong communication and organizational skills
\n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
\n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance metrics
\n
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
\n
Interest in social media, e-commerce, TikTok, or digital marketing

Must be located in Arizona
