Role Description The Shop Assistant role at bloominCouture on-site position based in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering product questions, and providing suggestions to support confident purchasing decisions. The role involves maintaining store presentation by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and assisting with social media. The Shop Assistant will operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, handle returns or exchanges, and support inventory tasks such as receiving deliveries and conducting stock counts. This position also participates in merchandising activities, supports in-store events, and collaborates closely with the shop and floral team to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience.
