Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components for HVAC production.
• Help bring finished goods to shipping and receiving for customer pick up.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to trouble shoot / fix shop equipment.
• Team oriented with the ability to work well and communicate with others.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Must be able to handle demands of the job including standing, walking, keeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing and lifting at least 50 lbs., repetitively.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment requiring coordinated use of both hands.
• Ability to operate a forklift or become forklift certified.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Must be able to hear alarms, equipment signals, and verbal communication in a busy shop environment.
