TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Shop Floor Foreman for a busy heavy fabrication facility in the Pittsburgh area. We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping production moving, maintaining quality, and helping fabrication teams succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• $30.00 $32.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Monday Friday
• First Shift
• Full-time
• Overtime opportunities available based on production needs

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily shop floor operations.
• Supervise fabrication crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work specifications.
• Manage multiple fabrication projects and production schedules simultaneously.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and provide guidance to shop personnel.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Work with management to resolve production challenges and improve workflow.
• Help train and develop fabrication team members.

What We're Looking For

• 5 7 years of heavy fabrication or structural steel manufacturing experience.
• Previous Foreman, Lead, or Shop Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication layout skills.
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication equipment, and shop production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects in a fast-paced environment.
