Shop Floor Worker

The Shop Floor Worker position is the entry-way into the shop. This position provides steady, reliable pay while you learn to work in a shop environment. If you prove yourself to be reliable, you show initiative and have a mechanical aptitude, you will have opportunities to advance to Machine Operator.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Train and become efficient at expediting and processing product on the shop floor.
• Load and unload LTL vans and flatbed trailers using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• General housekeeping.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a shop environment is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is helpful.
• This an entry-level job and requires no previous experience. Will supply complete training through apprenticeship.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have dependable transportation
• Must pass required screening 
• Must be able to work 10 hours shifts
• Must be bilingual 

HOURS:

Day Shift Hours:
Monday -Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM 

COMPENSATION:

Benefits Offered: Competitive hourly rate for Shop Floor Workers. Compensation includes holiday and vacation pay.
