Shop Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tire Shop Foreman to oversees daily operations. This position is responsible for overseeing all daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality tire services, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of tire technicians, assigning tasks based on skill and workload.

·        Quality Control: Monitor repair, installation, and balancing processes to ensure adherence to safety and company quality standards.

·        Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of tires and related equipment, ensuring timely ordering and stock management.

·        Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive service experience.

·        Training: Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on tire service techniques and safety protocols.

·        Use Maddenco document invoicing and control inventory to ensure proper records of service.

Qualifications

·        High School

·        Experience in tire service or automotive repair.

·        Strong leadership and communication skills.

·        Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in tire servicing.

·        Inspect, repair, and replace tires for cars, trucks, agriculture, and commercial vehicles.

·        Perform tire balancing, rotation, alignment checks, and patch/plug repairs.

·        Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.

·        Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and recommendations clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Maddenco and other tire programs
• Experience with commercial and passenger tires, repairs, PMs, and roadside assistance.
