Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automotive technicians and communicate effectively with management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and meets high-quality standards
• Mentor and train technicians on best practices and new technologies in the automotive industry
• Manage inventory and order parts as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform hands-on mechanical work as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• ASE certifications are a plus
