Coordinate with the metal fabrication team for seamless production flow
What We're Looking For
5+ years of commercial or architectural millwork experience
Previous leadership or Shop Foreman experience
Skilled finish millworker with strong fabrication abilities
Experience working with stainless steel or integrating wood with metal is highly preferred
Comfortable working hands-on while leading a team
Strong computer skills (MRP/ERP experience is a major plus)
Experience with commercial projects such as hospitals, universities, stadiums, or foodservice environments is a plus
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
Overtime available
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000–$80,000 annual salary
Overtime opportunities
Comprehensive medical and dental coverage
Union healthcare and pension benefits
IRA match
Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
Long-term career opportunity with an established manufacturing company
If you're a skilled millwork professional ready to help build something from the ground up while staying hands-on in the shop, we'd love to hear from you.
