Position Overview: Kolar Tire & Auto is looking for a dedicated and experienced Tire Shop Foreman to lead our team of tire technicians in Townsend, Montana. This position is responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality tire services, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the installation, balancing, repair, and maintenance of tires on various vehicle types -Ensure all work meeting Kolar Tire & Auto’s quality and safety standards -Coordinate workflow to meet customer needs and maximize shop efficiency -Train and mentor technicians on best practices and safety procedures -Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking tires and supplies -Maintain a clean and safe shop environment at all times -Communicate effectively with customers and resolve any service-related concerns Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -2 years of experience in a tire shop environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role -Strong knowledge of tire service equipment, procedures, and safety standards -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Physical Requirements: -Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs -Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods of time -Ability to work in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits: -Competitive hourly wage, depending on experience -Paid time off and holidays -Health insurance and benefit options available -Opportunities for advancement within the company |
