  • Liaison and Communication Role
    Acts as a bridge between service advisors, parts department, technicians, and management. Ensures clear, real-time communication on job status, parts availability, delays, or changes. Handles customer concerns or complaints when needed, fills in for service advisors during peak times, and supports smooth workflow across departments.
  • Compliance and Administrative Support
    Ensures adherence to safety regulations, manufacturer policies, warranties, and shop cleanliness/organization. Maintains records, assists with scheduling, and contributes to budgeting or forecasting for the service department.
