Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour | Shift: 6 AM-6 PM | Monday-Friday

Shop Hand Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

Shop Hand Experience Requirements + Job Duties

• 1+ years of oilfield experience preferred
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry and pipe yard experience is a plus
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Prior painting and blasting experience
• Must be available for on-call rotations and flexible scheduling
• Lift to 50 lbs. as needed
• Perform shop and yard work, including cleaning and pressure washing equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and assist with general maintenance

Shop Hand Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Shop Hand you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Shop Hand helps support daily business operations by maintaining clean, orderly, and sanitary facilities through professional custodial practices. This role combines attention to detail with dependable work habits and a commitment to workplace safety.
