Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

• Forklift certification or the ability to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, shipping and receiving, or logistics is preferred.
• Minimum of six months of forklift operation experience and warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment for the majority of the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and meet operational demands.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork.

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts and powered material handling equipment to load, unload, move, store, and stage products.
• Accurately pull, prepare, and load customer orders for shipment.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to verify product counts, condition, and accuracy.
• Ensure products are free from damage and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory records and complete required warehouse documentation.
• Verify load stability, product quantities, and shipment accuracy; report discrepancies as needed.
• Support inventory counts and physical inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA, MSDS, and company safety regulations.
• Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Shop Hand you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Shop Hand plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities.
