What Youll Do

As a Shop Technician, youll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild heavy equipment in a clean, professional shop environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on heavy equipment
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and component rebuilds
  • Use service manuals, diagnostic software, and technical resources to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Complete service documentation and communicate repair recommendations
  • Order necessary parts and follow repair procedures
  • Work with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area

What Were Looking For

  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel-powered equipment, vehicles, or machinery
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and service information
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
