Job Title: Tool Room & Composite Technician Assistant

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (1st Shift)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tool Room & Composite Technician Assistant to support shop operations by maintaining equipment, managing inventory, assisting with composite fabrication, and performing general facility upkeep. This position plays a key role in ensuring tools, materials, and work areas are organized, stocked, and ready for production teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Equip and deploy inventoried tools for Machinists, Composite Technicians, and Shop Tool Kits to improve organization, standardization, and efficiency.
• Assist with warehouse inventory control, including counting, tracking, and categorizing parts and materials.
• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including trash removal, floor sweeping, and snow removal as needed.
• Assemble, fabricate, and repair products using composite parts and materials.
• Lay out composite materials for molding and production processes.
• Track, record, and document work completed, materials used, and finished products.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
