Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Shop Helpers to join a fabrication team in Claremore, OK. This hands-on role supports fabrication operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and helping maintain production flow in a fast-paced metal shop environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Basic knowledge of manufacturing or fabrication environments
Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math
Comfortable handling metal materials and fabricated parts
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn machine operation and fabrication processes
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist press brake operators during setup and production
Load and unload metal sheets, raw materials, and finished parts
Position materials accurately for bending and forming operations
Remove completed parts and stage them for the next production process
Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and inspection tools
Perform basic deburring, grinding, and finishing work as needed
Support quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work closely with machine operators and team leads to maintain efficient production flow

Work Environment

Industrial fabrication / metal shop environment
Exposure to metal materials, fabrication equipment, machinery noise, and active production operations
Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
Team-oriented production setting
