Shop Helpers to support the mechanical techs with cleaning, prep work, and general shop duties. Excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into industrial/mechanical work.
Assist technicians with disassembly and assembly of equipment
Clean heat exchanger plates, parts, and shop equipment
Prep materials, tools, and workstations
Move equipment and parts around the shop (forklift a plus)
Perform basic tasks like grinding, wire brushing, and parts washing
Help load/unload trucks and organize inventory
Experience:
6+ months of warehouse, shop, or labor experience preferred
Mechanical interest or willingness to learn
Comfortable working with tools and in an industrial environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day
