    Job Description

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complies with all Company, Regulatory, HS&E, Quality, and IT standards and policies. Wears all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintains required HS&E and SQ certifications.

    • Completes an annual visual acuity and color contrast vision examination. Uses corrective lenses if required by test results.

    • Assists experienced inspectors in performing inspections per industry standards such as API, DS-1, and the DRILCO Field Inspection Services Procedures Manual.

    • Observes and learns to execute inspection procedures, including setting up and calibrating equipment, performing inspections, and interpreting results.

    • Maintains cleanliness and organization of inspection work areas and equipment, ensuring readiness for audit and future use.

    • Supports the team in performing Risk Analysis (e.g., HARC, JSA) before jobs or tasks, identifying and reporting potential safety hazards to supervisor.

    • Learns to manage consumable inventory and maintain calibration status of inspection tools and equipment.

    • Observes and assists with communicating inspection results to supervisors and customers in accordance with procedures.

    • Completes assigned pre- and post-job documentation and learns proper job ticket procedures as per company policy.

    • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and on-the-job training to build technical knowledge and inspection skills.

    • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and actively seeks feedback from mentors and supervisors to improve performance.

    • Handles other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    • Willingness to work long hours and be on call 24 hours/day, as required.

    • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (e.g., grinders) preferred.

    • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.

    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and take initiative.

    • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

    • Ability to take direction, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
