- Must have a valid Driver license and be able to pass a drug test.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of general laborer experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction materials and equipment handling, load/unloading semi-trailers
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in previous positions
- History of working well within a team and taking direction from supervisors
- Miscellaneous building repair and maintenance.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
Required Experience
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Basic maintenance skills for office building upkeep
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
- Checking in and out of equipment, as well as repair tools/equipment.
- Cut and mow yards, maintain landscape.
