Shop Laborer

We're hiring at our Loveland, CO home office—perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying active. You'll help keep our shop and yard running smoothly by handling materials, equipment, and deliveries for job sites.

This full-time role pays $20–$23/hr (based on experience), offers steady work, and gets you moving outdoors. If you're reliable, like working with your hands, and want to be part of a solid crew—we’d love to hear from you!

• Must have a valid Driver license and be able to pass a drug test.

 

Required Skills

• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
• Basic maintenance skills for office building upkeep
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
• Checking in and out of equipment, as well as repair tools/equipment.
• Cut and mow yards, maintain landscape.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of general laborer experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment handling, load/unloading semi-trailers
• Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in previous positions
• History of working well within a team and taking direction from supervisors
• Miscellaneous building repair and maintenance.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
