About Us:
At Superior Bulk, we take pride in our equipment, our people, and the work we do. We're currently looking for a Shop Lead Mechanic to oversee our maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with strong diesel mechanic experience and the ability to manage daily shop operations.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of shop mechanics and technicians
• Prioritize, assign, and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Inspections
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance as needed
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain inventory, schedule services, and manage shop workflows
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency
• Communicate with dispatch and operations to keep equipment running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven diesel mechanic experience (lead or supervisory experience a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping and diagnostics
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• CDL preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Must be available to work 6 days a week with flexible scheduling
