Summary
The Shop Maintenance Manager is directly responsible for providing overall leadership to the maintenance shop. They are responsible for the strategic planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of all onsite maintenance related functions. The Shop Maintenance Manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance shop by guiding safety and environmental, quality, efficiency, and productivity improvement efforts. Additional responsibilities include facility and grounds oversight, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring proper training of technicians.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
