We’re looking for a dependable Shop Maintenance Technician who enjoys keeping a workspace clean, safe, and running smoothly. If you notice what needs doing before anyone asks and take pride in a well-organized shop, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities
· Keep the shop tidy and safe: clean floors, restrooms, common areas, patios, entrances, and walkways; restock supplies; empty trash and recycling.
· Maintain equipment and machinery: Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment and CNC machines; wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
- Help with repairs and projects: Assist with small building repairs, painting touch-ups, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks under supervision.
- Manage waste and yard areas: Maintain dumpster and scrap metal zones; keep loading and storage areas organized.
- Team support: Work with the shop staff and management to keep workflow efficient; help during busy times and events.
- Operate equipment as needed: Forklift operation when required.
Requirements
- Clean, valid driver’s license.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical is helpful.
