Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences every time
• Build and manage a team of technicians
• Effectively communicate product benefits to customers
• Develop team members and maintain quality control
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
• Handle customer complaints strategically
• Monitor shop success and achieve monthly KPIs

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Full mobility and ability to stand for extended periods
