Duties/Responsibilities

Service Pumps and related equipmentProvide technical service, start ups, installations, and repairsComplete written evaluations, recommendations, and related company reportsWork with service software for communication and schedulingPerform required inspection as directed per work instructions and quality checklistEnsure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practicesPerform other duties as assigned

Competencies

Strong mechanical and problem solving skillsAble to use precision measuring tools i.e. dial calipers, micrometers, etc.Align equipment using laser alignment and dial indicatorsCustomer service and Consultative skillsAble to work with a team environmentStrong work ethic with ability to work under minimal supervisionExcelled verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate with with engineering, technical, support, sales, management, and customersThorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft OfficeUnderstand how to layout and fabricate piping systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, etcAbility to read blueprints and drawingsknowledge of safety regulations for working with hazardous chemicalsKnowledge of safety guidelines for handling high pressure and high temperature liquidsAble to care for and maintain a company vehiclePositive attitude and desire to grow an existing sales and service business
