Shop Mechanic $1540+ WEEKLY

Job Duties

Assemble and modify mechanical equipment and systems.
Work with equipment related to HVAC, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems.
Assist with refrigerant retrofit and process refrigeration equipment.
Use basic hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
Read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures.
Perform mechanical assembly and modifications according to specifications.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Work as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of shop mechanic experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Must be mechanically inclined with strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience using basic hand tools.
HVAC and electrical knowledge is required.
Welding and/or brazing experience is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented, precise, and focused on completing quality work.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
