Ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? Join our team and play a key role in maintaining and repairing industry-leading drilling equipment in a fast-paced shop environment.
What You'll Do:
Perform maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
Work independently while supporting shop operations
Mentor and assist Shop Technician Level 1 team members
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
3–5 years of shop or oilfield equipment experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and work orders
Experience operating shop equipment and forklifts
