Job Description:

Do you get excited about getting hands-on with products and creating a show-stopping display? Do you love identifying sales opportunities in ranges and maximizing those through merchandising? Have you ever dreamt of mastering the art of Lush handwriting? Does the thought of contributing to the innovative merchandising strategies for new products and ranges ignite your motivation?

If the answer is yes, the SSP Team is looking for individuals to join our talent pool to support our business. At Lush, we recognize the abundance of talent in the world, and we're excited to collaborate with you and our Retail team to cultivate skills that align with our company objectives, including the Remind Project.

Being part of the talent pool entails being adaptable and available to provide support when called upon, while still being committed to fulfilling your primary role within your store.  For the time you're not out and about, you'll be able to bring your experiences and knowledge back to your home store to support and develop your team.  The individuals who would make up the talent pool are passionate about retail and making our shops look incredible, while maximizing sales opportunities and maintaining a strong Lush brand image.  You'll seamlessly blend your creativity with sales-driven strategies, all while maintaining the distinctive and vibrant Lush brand identity. Your dedication will shine through as you collaborate with the SSP Team to execute range swaps, refreshes, and refits, encompassing all facets of merchandising, from sales optimization to expert signwriting. The expertise you acquire as part of this talent pool will be shared with fellow retailers and shops, empowering them with the confidence and tools to comprehend the intricacies of visual merchandising. You will play a central role in fostering a deep passion for retail and our exceptional products, ultimately contributing to the outstanding customer experiences that drive our business's success and growth.

In addition to your roles and responsibilities at your home store, you will also be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SSP Team to implement captivating product displays and store layouts.
• Identify sales opportunities within product ranges and apply strategic merchandising techniques to maximize sales.
• Master the art of Lush handwriting to add a personalized and distinctive touch to displays and signage.
• Support range swaps, refreshes, and refits, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining an inviting, engaging, and fun shopping environment.
• Share skills and knowledge with Retailers and store teams, enabling them to confidently implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
• Uphold the Lush brand image by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining a consistent approach across all displays.
• Contribute to an exceptional customer experience by creating visually appealing and engaging displays that reflect the uniqueness of Lush products.
• Hands-on support with stores for as-needed SSP projects and opportunities

Position Requirements:

• Active Store Managers, MITs, or Floor Leaders with a minimum of 1 year tenure at Lush.
• Must reside within 60 mile radius of 3+ stores.
• Must currently have an active passport.
• Up to 50% of travel (within the US and Canada).
• Driving distance of 2+ Lush stores within 20 mile radius.
• Strong record of accomplishment in visual merchandising.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

Location Requirements:

• You must reside in a Central Market store location.
• You must reside within 60 miles of 3+ Lush stores. You must be within driving distance of 2+ Lush stores within a 20 mile radius.
