Shop Supervisor
Direct hire Shop Supervisor, first shift role in Gallatin, TN overseeing manufacturing automation operations, teams. Possibly some travel to US, Mexico, and Canada.

Shop Supervisor Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 50.00 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Lead the effort to develop new procedures as needed.
- Prioritize & plan projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule appropriate staff to jobs
- Perform annual performance evaluations of shop personnel
- Maintain safety training and equipment inspection logs
- Provide technical assistance for other departments, hands-on when
- Be sure assigned quality checks have been completed and meet company standard Purchase and maintain inventory management, ensuring supply of components to complete projects are available.
- Work with department heads to set goals, budgets, and timeline on projects.
- Maintain communications between management and production team
Shop Supervisor Qualifications:
- Supervisory/management background.
- Robotics and Automation a strong plus.
- 5 to 7 years expertise in Management.
