Shop Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor in Macedonia, Ohio, to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on production experience, we want to hear from you.

Hours
1st Shift – 6:00am - 6:00pm, 60+ hours per week

Pay
$35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on supervision and leadership on the shop floor
  • Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and assembly work
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures
  • Operate equipment such as shears, drill presses, cut-off saws, and various hand tools
  • Oversee training, discipline, and evaluation of shop employees
  • Build and support a positive, motivated team environment
  • Support owner’s vision for shop growth and development

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of fabrication/assembly/production and supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or GED (technical training or degree preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
  • MiG welding experience preferred
  • Dependable, punctual, and open to instruction
  • Willing to learn and grow within the company

Nice to Have Skills
  • Welding certifications or advanced technical training
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Preferred Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or technical degree
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
