What You'll Do as a Shop Technician:

• Perform routine fleet maintenance on Side dumps, live bottoms, dry, vans, logging trailers, and other vocational trailers.
• Upfit trucks with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for dump and logging applications.
• Repair or replace pumps, valves, controls, and other components on trucks and trailers as needed.
• Conduct inspections and diagnose mechanical issues on trailers
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure trailers are in optimal condition
• Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries
  
  

What You Need to Bring to the Shop Technician Role:

• Trailer Repair: 5 years (Preferred)
• Truck Repair: 5 years (Preferred)
• Previous experience as a trailer mechanic or in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in conducting inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trailers
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and coworkers
