Shop Technician

Location: Lakeland, FL
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team in Lakeland, FL.
This position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical experience who is comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on forklifts and industrial fans
• Use hand tools, wrenches, and power tools safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Previous maintenance, mechanical, automotive, or equipment experience is a plus
